  Sample Cells  

XRF cells are made of high purity polyethylene, which is resistant to most acids, bases, as well as most organic chemicals (except halogenated hydrocarbons). We offer them in a variety of sizes and configurations suitable for most analyzers in use today.
 
Window Film

Not only do we provide the film, we provide the information required to select the appropriate film for your sample application. Transmission characteristics and chemical resistance data are provided.
   
Crucibles  

In graphite or platinum.
 
Dies and Presses  
Whether analyzing a 31mm, 35mm, or 40mm diameter sample, we provide the dies required for your pressed pellets. Available in 3 diameters to match sample compartments in popular XRF Spectrometers. Dies are supplied with two stainless steel pellets and a knock-out ring for easy sample extraction. Tungsten Carbide pellets are also available for each die size.
